Ey Up Mi Duck have chosen to support Team Verrico this year as it is a charity close to our hearts.

Team Verrico is a charity dedicated to providing more tomorrows for families facing a diagnosis of rare and hard to treat cancers. The charity is named after its founder, Anna Verrico, who, after receiving a terrifying diagnosis, resolved to help others in her situation. Time was too short for Anna, but Team Verrico continues her mission in her name.

They are a NO SALARY charity, so every penny they raise goes directly towards funding research into rare and hard to treat cancers, supporting families, and raising awareness. So far, they have funded two cutting edge research projects, whilst also providing patients with second opinions, counselling, childcare days, cleaning, food support and transport, to name a few of the ways they help families.

Their mission - to never give up.
